Last updated: 16 September 2026
Healthy Kids Happen (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It applies to visitors to this website and to purchasers of our programs and coaching.
Who we are
Healthy Kids Happen is operated by Healthy Kids Happen (ABN 32 430 090 345), based in New South Wales, Australia. Our website is https://staging.spotfiredigital.com (moving to healthykidshappen.com).
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, and information collected automatically as you use our website.
Information you give us. When you contact us, join our email list, download a free guide, or purchase a course or coaching, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, and (for coaching) information you choose to share about your family’s goals and challenges so we can support you. We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, your child’s name or personal information directly. Our programs are addressed to and used by the parent or guardian.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card details; Stripe processes these under its own privacy policy.
Usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, generally through cookies and analytics tools (see Cookies, below).
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide the course, coaching, or resource you’ve purchased or requested, and give you access to it;
- communicate with you about your purchase, account, or enquiry;
- send you emails about our programs, offers, and content, where you’ve opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email;
- improve our website, programs, and marketing based on how they’re used; and
- meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, including:
- Stripe, for secure payment processing;
- Our CRM and email platform, to deliver course access, manage bookings, and send program-related and marketing emails;
- Website hosting and analytics providers (including Google Analytics, where enabled), to run the site and understand how it’s used; and
- a professional advisor, regulator, or authority, where we’re required to by law.
Some of these providers are based overseas (including the United States), which means your information may be processed outside Australia. We only use providers that are well-established and maintain their own privacy and security commitments.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site (for example, via Google Analytics). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet our legal and tax obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Children’s privacy
Our website and programs are directed at parents and guardians, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
