Emma Walker is an Accredited Dietitian with over 30 years of experience working with families navigating childhood obesity. She is the founder of Healthy Kids Happen and a mother herself.
I created this program because I've seen the overwhelm parents feel — and the transformation that's possible when they get the right support. Healthy change doesn't start with restriction. It starts with clarity, calm, and confidence. That's what we'll build together
Frequently Asked Questions
Coaching runs over 12 weeks with six sessions, plus email and message support in between.
The coaching is for parents, but if helpful, we can include your child for parts of the journey, especially with meal planning or habit building.
You are human! This is not a one-size-fits-all course. It is tailored, strategic, and rooted in real life and your family’s needs.
The Foundations for Healthy Kids course comes free with this coaching. It is recommended to purchase the Grow Healthy Kids course and to be doing it with or before the coaching, but it is not mandatory.
